Andy's Sold His Car!

I know it is secret men's business and punishable by hanging drawing etc, but I am absent the jurisdiction, so can't presently be punished. This is a lesson for Marshall, whose Ute stands mute on the streets of Nixon, with the yellowing and aging sign boldly proclaiiming '$1500 straight up, no other offers will be considered'.

Andy's suburu with a terrific audio system went for $1400 yesterday. News of this flashed up on the screen at Millenieum Staduium Cardiff; the crowd sang to the sanity of both seller and buyer, and Australia went on to defeat Wales in their brave self reliant defence, until when Australia suffered to 10 muniute suspensions overlapping, the Wales boyos threatened consistently to get within 1 try distance by full time.

The crowd took to the streets and had beer, warm and hardly even wet, and chip butties, floaters and inumerable other obscenities of good diet. Final score about 33 to 20. Consequently, Wales will play the Springobks in the quarter final, and we will play either Samoa or England (depending on whether Samoa are able to beat the Poms.

We are off to the Lido tonight in Paris, taking a plane from Cardiff in a couple of hours. Then on TUesday on to Lyon and then further south.

Caught up with Seals and Coppings and Drummond and families and dined along the Cardiff Bay wharf last night. A little run this morning by Camille and I place us in a better position to represent Australia in Montpellier next week.

Keep those cards and letters just coming in, including the texts at the match; enjoyed the good spirit, with messages and calls from Yaegs, Gaz and Anna, Berniccio, Andy, Merv, Lindy.
